As a way to reinforce the commitment towards safety, Bierlein has an annual safety day for all employees to attend. Each year, Bierlein projects across the nation are shut down for safety day and personnel are brought together to discuss the year’s safety performance and outline the safety goals for the upcoming year. Bierlein provides training sessions as part of safety day with topics ranging from lead awareness, fall protection, forklift operator, fire prevention and rigging basics, to name a few. In addition, Bierlein has brought in various motivational speakers in order to emphasize safety and its importance to our customers, management, employees and family members. Bierlein’s annual safety day has been a key factor in ensuring that all of our employees are on board with our safety goals and dedication to safety.
