Safety Day
The annual Bierlein Safety Day is a key factor in reinforcing our companywide commitment to safety with every single Bierlein employee. One day a year, we shut down demolition projects across the nation to bring together all Bierlein personnel to discuss the past year’s safety performance and outline safety goals for the upcoming year.
Training sessions address a wide range of topics from hazardous materials handling and fall protection to forklift operator and rigging basics and fire prevention. Guest speakers are also brought in to talk about the importance of safety to our customers, the entire company, our family members – and in every aspect of our lives.
